1. How do I redeem my friend’s 20% off code?

First of all, thank your friend, because they’re obviously awesome for telling you about Purmoon!
Second of all, if you received a referral email with a link to redeem your 20% off code but can’t get the code to work, follow these simple steps:

A. Click the “Get My 20% Off” button on the email you received.

B. Once you’re redirected to Purmoon.com, a pop-up will appear on the page and ask you to enter your email address to receive your 20% off coupon code.
Enter your email address and click “Get Coupon Code.”

C. We’ll generate your exclusive coupon code, which you can click to copy and enter at checkout following the instructions here.
( PS: make sure your order reaches the $49 minimum! )

D. Your friend’s referral reward will automatically be emailed to them within 5 business days of your first purchase.

Still unable to redeem your code, or not receiving the pop-up to generate your exclusive code?
Just send us your name, your email address and your friend’s email address using the “Submit a Request” link below.
We’ll get everything sorted out, and you’ll both be rewarded ASAP!

Kindly note: Our system’s pretty smart, so it will catch self-referrals and not allow you to generate a coupon code. Also, the 20% off codes are only valid for 7 days from generation!

2. Why haven’t I received my referral reward?

Thanks so much for spreading the Purmoon movement!
Once your friend has redeemed their 20% off coupon code, a referral reward will automatically be emailed to you within 5 days of their purchase.
If you haven’t received a code yet and are sure it’s been 5 days since your friend made a purchase, please confirm two things:

A. Your friend used the coupon code we emailed them to complete their purchase. Their purchase was a minimum of $20 or $40 after the coupon has been applied (depending on the referral that was shared).
B. If you’ve confirmed these two things and still haven’t received your code, click the “Submit a Request” link and send us your name, the email address used to refer a friend, and your friend’s email address. We’ll help you out ASAP.

3. Why did I only get a 10% discount code instead of the 20%?

If you are not able to get the 20% discount, it could be either of the following reasons.

A. If the referee is not a first-time buyer, the referee will only receive a 10% discount code.
B. The code has expired - once the referee clicks on the link to redeem the code, that code should be used within 7 days, otherwise, it will automatically downgrade to 10%.
C. The referrer and the referee might have the same information i.e same last name, same IP address, same shipping address, or same email address (self-referral) - in these types of cases, the referee will only get 10% because the system would detect that it is self-referral.
