Our Commitment

At Purmoon, we create every piece using S925 sterling silver and premium Moissanite, handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our return policy below for clear and fair guidance.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • No signs of wear, scratches, or damage
  • Original packaging, certificates, and accessories are included

Items that show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or engraved items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items with visible wear, damage, or missing packaging/components

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A $5 handling and inspection fee will be deducted from the refund

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Purmoon is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is:
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos.

We will gladly:

  • Provide a free replacement, or
  • Offer an appropriate solution based on the situation

In such cases, Purmoon will cover all related costs.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without approval may not be processed
  • Returns sent after the 30-day window may be declined
  • Refunds may be partially or fully denied if items do not meet return conditions
